What is ADP?
Manchester ADP currently hosts: "Scripts Aloud". Scripts Aloud is a fortnightly performance of rehearsed readings at The Kings Arms in central Manchester. We select new writing for each show (usually four short plays or extracts) and produce them, script in hand, for writers to receive feedback from our audience and the creative team.
We are a warm, supportive network and we are always accepting new script submissions and applications for new directors and actors.
ADP is proudly sponsored by...
Help Manchester ADP Grow!
Manchester ADP has been running (smoothly, we hope!) on the generosity, hard work and incredible talent of our founders, appraisers, writers, directors and actors for just over a year.
We are so proud of what has been achieved and, now, are keen to see Manchester ADP grow.
We hope, with the continued support of this community, ADP can take some exciting next steps into new ventures, even greater professionalism and more opportunities for all our creatives. We are also working towards paying all our creatives for their valuable time.
What we want to achieve with this Campaign:
1) Create even more opportunities for writers to take their work to the next level and more events for everyone to get involved in.
2) Providing expenses (and long-term - full equity wage) for everyone involved.
3) Building a fully functional ADP website, where actors can automatically upload their applications (No more human error!), writers can upload scripts for appraisal, and members can access a members area with special offers and much, much more.
Please help us reach our goal! If you are kind enough to donate, we will shout from the rooftops about your support (whether your an individual or business) or, of course, if you would like to remain anonymous, that will be respected.
Thank you so much to our generous sponsors...
